What is Langley Street 23?
Langley Street 23 is a story-led video slot from ELK Studios. The first stop on Langley Street is Marvin’s house — a dim investigation room of corkboards, VHS tapes and a CRT television. Marvin believes someone, or something, is watching him. You play inside that room: a 5-reel, 5-row grid with 35 paylines, left-to-right wins, and four features locked until you collect enough tapes.
The math profile is high volatility (about 7/10) with a default RTP of 96.0%. Some operators can configure an 87% version — always check the in-game help. Bets run from €0.20 to €100 (100 coins per bet). The round is capped at 10,000× the stake. Recommended desktop size is 1600×900 (16:9).

Intro cinematic
The opening sequence sets the tone before the reels. The clip is vertical (shot from a phone) and includes audio, so it stays paused until you press play.
Meet Marvin
Marvin is the resident of number 23: red cap, tired eyes, a chair wired like a surveillance rig. The base-game background is his investigation office. The bonus round drops you into a darker control room of CRT banks and hanging cables.
Core features
Mystery symbols
Unlock at 6 tapes. All mysteries reveal the same pay or wild, and can carry ×2–×100.
Expanding wilds
Unlock at 12 tapes. Covers a reel, then a fight picks one of two multipliers.
Cloning wilds
Unlock at 18 tapes. Lands on reels 2–5 and copies a wild one position left.
Surveillance TV
Unlock at 24 tapes. Four screens can award mystery, expanding, cloning or bonus respins.
VHS tape trail
Tapes land only on reel 5, never during respins, and never in the bonus. Collection and TV state are stored per bet level. Each unlock also awards a respin with that feature guaranteed.
Mystery respin with at least one guaranteed mystery symbol.
Respin with at least one expanding wild.
Respin with at least one cloning wild.
CRT is replaced. You also get a respin with a guaranteed bonus trigger.
Bonus game
Three or more Bonus symbols (golden cases with an all-seeing-eye) start the bonus at the end of the round: 3 → 8 spins, 4 → 10, 5 → 12. All features are unlocked. There are no VHS tapes. Before spins start, the game awards either Sticky Mystery or Sticky Wild.
- Sticky Mystery: mysteries stay and reveal a symbol each spin. Multiplier Adder boosts mysteries.
- Sticky Wild: wilds and expanding wilds stay. Multiplier Adder boosts those wilds.
The Adder can also add +2 bonus spins, and can raise multipliers by 1×, 2×, 3×, 5×, 10×, 15×, 20× or 25×.
